Part-Time Director of Youth and Young Adults

Reports to: Director of Discipleship

Hours: 20 hours per week

OVERVIEW

The part-time Director of Youth and Young Adults leads spiritual formation for youth and young adults at Belle Isle Community Church through teaching the Word, fostering authentic relationships, discipleship, and community outreach.

Key responsibilities include leading small and large groups, developing outreach programs, managing budgets and schedules, and communicating with parents.

Elementary Ministry Director

Reports to: Pastor of Ministry Operations

Hours: 20 hours per week

OVERVIEW

The Elementary Ministry Director nurtures the spiritual growth of children through age-appropriate Bible teaching and discipleship. This role creates a safe, engaging environment where children explore faith and develop a love for Jesus.

Key responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, communicating with parents, and overseeing summer camp and special events.
