Director of Elementary Ministry

Reports to: Pastor of Ministry Operations

Hours: 20 hours per week

OVERVIEW

The Director of Elementary Ministry nurtures the spiritual growth of children through age-appropriate Bible teaching and discipleship. This role creates a safe, engaging environment where children explore faith and develop a love for Jesus.

Key responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, communicating with parents, and overseeing summer camp and special events.
